Terms of Service
These terms apply when you subscribe to Verelia or use vereliaai.com and app.vereliaai.com. By subscribing you agree to them.
The service
Verelia provides the Business Pulse Score and Business Performance plans. On a Business Performance plan, Verelia designs a performance view around your goals, connects it to the tools you authorize, and keeps it running for as long as you subscribe. Your plan sets the number of connected tools, pages, refresh frequency and change requests.
Verelia Pulse
- Verelia Pulse is a monthly subscription to a weekly Business Pulse Score for one business location. It is included with every Business Performance plan and can also be bought on its own.
- It is billed monthly in advance, renews until cancelled, has no setup fee and is not refunded for a partial month. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid month.
- The score is an estimate built from information available about your business and nearby businesses, including search results, reviews and answers from AI assistants. Those sources change, so the score can move without any change on your side, and we do not guarantee any ranking, review or business result.
Subscription and first month
- Plans are billed monthly in advance from the day you subscribe and renew until cancelled.
- Your first month covers designing your wireframe and up to two rounds of changes. Because that work happens during the first month, it is not refunded.
Setup fee
- The one-time setup fee for your plan is due when you approve your wireframe. We start the build once it is paid.
- If you do not approve the wireframe, no setup fee is due. Cancel your subscription to stop future billing.
- The setup fee is not refunded once the build has started.
Change requests and maintenance
A change request is anything new: a metric, visual, filter, page section, calculation change or new tool. Your plan includes a set number each month and unused requests do not carry over. Fixing something that is broken or does not match its agreed definition, updating a target you send us, refreshes, hosting and monitoring are included and never count as change requests. Larger additions may be quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate goals and authorize the connections your dashboard needs.
- Keep the logins you are given secure, and only invite people you trust.
- Make sure you have the right to share the data in the tools you connect.
Your dashboard reflects the data in your tools. If the source data is wrong or incomplete, the dashboard will be too.
Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to access and process it only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy and Data security page explain how we handle it.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then access to your performance view ends. You can ask for an export of your data within 30 days of cancelling, after which we delete it. We may suspend the service if payments fail or the service is misused, and will tell you first where we can.
Availability
We work to keep dashboards available and up to date, but the service depends on your tools and third-party providers, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every refresh will succeed. When something breaks, we fix it as part of your plan.
Limitation of liability
Verelia is provided to help you understand your business, not to replace your own judgement or professional advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and email subscribers about changes that matter. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
